This is what parents will need to provide during the application process:

• The names and incomes of every member in household

• The school, grade, birthdate of every student in household

• Parent/guardian's social security number and electronic signature

• SNAP number if applicable

• (Optional) A valid email address or phone number for district communication about the status of the application. This is the website that parents will need to use to complete the lunch application:
